At Hung Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided items are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in resalable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
